SIMPLE BUT DELICIOUS PLEASURES....THE BEST KIND IN LIFE

BAYS ENGLISH MUFFINS TOASTED TO START

PLUGRA EUROPEAN BUTTER, THICK CUT CRISPY BACON

LARGE PIECE OF SHARP CHEDDAR TO TOP OFF THIS TASTY LITTLE TREAT!
The people who know me, know I love to cook and come up with my own recipes. One day I am going to write my own cook book and call it "Someone's in the kitchen with Patty P."  From time to time I blog about the different dishes I have created and served to family and friends. This is my latest sandwich creation and the key to making it so tasty is the ingredients I use...for this I start with toasting Bays English Muffins which you can find at most grocery stores in the specialty section of the refrigerator area. I toast the muffins til golden brown, then I add a large pat of Plugra Butter which is european and contains 82% butterfat and is the most delicious butter in the world! I layer the butter, then a couple of strips of cooked thick cut bacon, then a slice of extra sharp white cheddar cheese to top it off....if this isn't one of the best sandwiches you have ever had, then let me know! I am always happy to share my delectable creations with all my wonderful followers...enjoy!

HOME OF THE HAUNTED PLACE WHERE THE PIRATES ATTACKED THE LADY FOR AN EMERAD RING!
The Screaming Lady of Marblehead. Corsairs just off the coast of Marblehead overtook a ship carrying wealthy passengers. One woman wore a ring of substantial size made of emeralds. The pirates could not remove the ring, so they attempted to cut off her finger. She leapt overboard and swam to this shore.  They brutally attacked her, she screamed, "lord save me!  Mercy! Oh Lord save me!" The residents of the cove heard shrieks but for some reason did not attempt to save her. She was found in the am buried near where she was murdered right in the cove! Locals say that every time there is a Nor Easter, they can hear her first shrieks. Maybe she will come back this Halloween for the big Halloween Nor Easter that is a coming this way!!!
