WELCOME HOME DIANA, GODDESS OF THE HUNT....WE ARE SO HAPPY TO HAVE YOU LIVING WITH US!

Skinner Auction House had their winter auction last week, featuring American & European works of art from the 18TH AND 19TH centuries.  I had my eye on this beautiful piece of art which is French School, named Portrait of a Gentlewoman as Diana, Goddess Of The Hunt. I had some fierce competition while bidding for this piece, but i ended up winning! I went into Boston today to pick her up from Skinner's Auction House. They were all so helpful and happy to see that diana has found a wonderful home with Patty p, who will love her til the day i die! Shown in the first photo is a floral arrangement made by Skinner Art Appraiser Kathy Wong. She made these arrangements for the presentation and interpretation of the artwork. they were later sold and all the proceeds went to the Boston Public Library.  My painting shown here in the pictures, is 18th century French School, and is a beautiful interpretation of Diana,  Goddess of The Hunt.
For your enjoyment......
